Real-time notification of works coming from DBYD

As a Project Manager, it would be useful to have visibility of other planned works coming from DBYD in the vicinity of my capital works projects. Consider adding a new feed of DBYD opportunities that includes enquirer details, dig dates and dig site location. Email me each time a new DBYD request is received in my project boundary.

    Thanks for the input Stuart. There is definitely the potential for DBYD activity to create a lot of chatter for project managers, so we need to consider how to manage that in the system. Perhaps instead of individual emails each time a DBYD request is received, the user could opt for a daily summary email instead. I'd like to hear from project managers if this feed of DBYD activity is valuable to them.

    Project Managers will get bombarded to lots of nuisance and repeat emails. The dates entered during the planning / design stage are never accurate and some DBYD's are just to find out more info. Analysis needs to be done before this is implemented.
