Standard form remediation contract through SOCC to share pain and gain from integration

Using a standard form contract which allows for sharing financial pain and gain for remediation we can streamline integration on opportunities identified in SmarterWX and incentivise buy in from stakeholders.

    Hi Duncan, we think it's a great idea. A document like this can help remove friction in achieving beneficial outcomes in capital works collaboration. At this stage it's not something we'd implement as part of SmarterWX, however the Streets Opening Coordination Council (SOCC) should be able to assist with developing this. In fact they may already have some assets that can help, so I recommend raising this with John Murray.
