User Organisation Administrator to approve collaboration emails being sent regardless of user verification

Currently unverified users are not receiving collaboration emails. This means collaborations are being lost. A member organization should be able to control whether or not user verification is required for their users to receive emails. As these are work email addresses they are owned by the member organization and are not deemed spam where an organization has signed up to a service.

    Hi Stuart, I have added a new status (Duplicate) to the Ideas Board. This status will be used where a similar idea has already been shared, to keep the conversation thread to one idea. In this case I am referring to SWXC-I-21. Thanks!

    Justin, I am not a fan of the term "Already Exists". The status should be "Accepted" then once implemented should move to "Completed" or "Implemented" with a date. As I understand it the feature does not yet exist at administration level.

    Hi Stuart, thanks for adding this one. I have updated the status of this idea to "Already exists" and will use the original idea to track comments and progress. I'll add your new solution to have an Admin control for whether verification is required to the existing idea and continue the conversation there. Thanks again.
