AOI to be available organisation wide

AOI's to be made available organisation wide with a selection box as to remain as "user private" or make available across the organisation. This can then be used by an organisation to load up projects manually to receive collaborations. Another check box could be to show publicly as a project.

    Hi Stuart, thanks for sharing this idea with the group. I would like to understand more about the problem you're trying to solve, as there could be other solution options to consider. Can you tell us more about these projects you would like to load manually to receive collaborations. Who do the projects belong to and why aren't they included as part of your dataset?
