User List Report for organisation or export function

Need a report available to be downloaded to match against internal current staff list is required to keep on top of currency of users.

    Hello, marking this idea as released. A new "All Users" report has been added to the reports list. This report returns a list of all users for your organisation including details of their role, last login date, and account status. The user list can also be exported to a range of file formats including Excel and CSV.

    Hi Stuart, thanks for submitting this one. We have reviewed your idea and agree that it makes sense to add a user list report as a new report to the list. This should be a quick win. I will post an update once it has been released. Michael's suggestion is a good workaround in the meantime, but please note this may not contain the full list of users - only those users who are listed as a project contact.

    Stuart, this is already available. It is possible to filter the search by organisation. As of today SW has 1581 projects at either proposed, confirmed or construction stages. It is possible to download a csv file of the projects. A pivot table filter by contact gives the list of people to check for currency. data extraction files seems to be limited to 1000 data points so I split it up by stages. See enclosed.
