Project quick add option

Loading project data can take time. For Project Managers who have a project and want to load it between data updates, include a project quick add flow that allows PMs to easily sketch and add a single project into SmarterWX Collaborate to instantly view any opportunities that get generated as a result.

    The alternate option for a project manager is to user the Area of Interest Option where the PM draws a polygon /poly line and manages themselves until the next organisation update. The user can set dates to cover the next 2 updates that way the AOI will become irrelevant in a shorty period of time.

    Hi Stuart, what do you expect should happen if an organisation does a bulk update which does not include a project manager's project? Should it remain until removed or does it need to be part of the new data-set?

    Need to understand what happens when the organisation does a bulk update which does not include the project managers project. Is it lost or remain until removed by project manager. Can they be saved then re-added after orgnaisation has done load?
