Export report of errors

Currently any data upload producing errors only provide the unique GIS ID number and a note on the error eg dates or users etc. Sometimes the list of errors is long and it takes some time to resolve all the errors at 20 per time then re-uploading....

Quick link in Help tab to enhancement idea

Provide a quick link in the Help tab to open the enhancement idea form to make it easier for enhancement to be created. Some people may not be so aware of the opportunity to create a new idea. Should be a quick win.
